Ikebana Happens

So I borrowed this book on Ikebana from the library...

and I bought some flowers...


and I made a poor choice when I tried to use an Ikea knife to cut a branch...

and now I know to use pruning shears.


My place looks a little like I imagine an Asian funeral parlor would.



So, there are worse hobbies to pick up... at least I have pretty flowers in my house.
